Baby Aloo Manchuria / Potato Manchurian ๐Ÿ˜‹ Yummy To Tummy

๐Ÿ’๐Ÿฅ” Baby Potatoes Manchurian Dry similar to any other Manchurian recipe. This recipe is dry version without gravy & is mainly prepared as party ๐ŸŽ‰ ๐Ÿฅณ starters or even as appetiser. However this Baby ๐Ÿฅ” potatoes dry is popularly served as side dish to Fried ๐Ÿš Rice or Noodles.

๐Ÿ’Ingredients

1/2 kg Baby Potatoes boiled
4 -5 tbsp Maida
2 tbsp Corn flour
1 tbsp Red chilly powder
Salt to taste
1 tbsp Ginger-garlic paste

๐Ÿ’Ingredients For Gravy

2 tbsp Oil
1inch Ginger chopped
1 tbsp Garlic cloves chopped
2 chopped Onions
1 tbsp green Chillies
2 tbsp Tomato sauce
1tbsp Soya sauce
1 tbsp vinegar
Handfull โœŠ of chopped coriander
oil for deep frying.

๐Ÿ’Method

Baby potatoes boiled and peeled then just
Made small holes all over by using ๐Ÿด๐Ÿ”ชfork.

๐Ÿ’Then marinated With

Take a bowl add cooked baby potatoes, maida, corn flour, ginger-garlic paste,red chilly powder and salt to taste. Add a little bit of water ๐Ÿ’ฆ as we needed and mix gently. Keep a side for 15 mins .

Take a pan, pour oil for deep frying.

Drop the potatoes ๐Ÿฅ” into oil,deep fry till golden on all sides.

Fry all the Potato Manchurian Balls and keep aside.

๐Ÿ’For the Gravy

Take a pan and heat Oil 2 tbsp on medium flame.Add chopped ginger 1 tbsp, chopped garlic cloves finely chopped onions give it a stir. Add green chillies & tomato sauce ,soya sauce , vinegar salt to taste.Give a good mix.Wait for 2 min to cook the mixture.

Now add the ๐ŸŸfried baby potatoes ๐Ÿฅ” into the mixture,cook for 2 min.

Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
