Ingredients

4-6 Raja / Bangude
1 cup fresh grated coconut
10 -12 dried red chillies, roasted I use byadgi & Guntur red chilllies,
marble size tamarind
1″ ginger, chopped fine
2 green chillies, cut in half
1 small onion, chopped
salt to taste
1 tbsp coconut oil

πŸ’Method

Clean & Wash cut into 3 pices Raja / Bangude fish.

Grind coconut, red chillies & tamarind to a smooth paste. In a wide pan, add chopped ginger pieces, green chilli, chopped onion, ground masala and salt to taste. Add a little water at a time to make a thick gravy. Boil for 2-3 minutes. Check the salt. Add fish & give one quick stir.

Boil but stir only if required since fish tends to break apart easily. Drizzle with coconut oil & Ready to serve with boiled rice.

🐟🐟 Very Spicy & Crispy Mackerel Tava Fish Fry Raja /Bangude Tava Rava Fish Fry 🐟

Ingredients

4 Bangude fish cut into 3 pices
2- 3 tbsp Lemon juice πŸ‹
3 tbsp Red chilli power
1 small pack Bon fish fry masala.
1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
1/2 tbsp green chillies paste.
Salt to taste 4tbsp oil for tava fry 2-3 tbsp Bombay rava

Take a bowl mix it all ingredients well apply for this masala to fish give rest for 2 -3 hours than .Take a Rava dip it. Take tava spread 2 tbsp oil place it fish till golden brown both side fry it nicely ready to serve .
