π Ingredients
20 – 25 pieces Jackfruit Ripe Panas(Kathal)
2 cup Rice rava
1/2 cup Fresh π₯₯ coconut grated
1/2 cup Jaggery as per ur taste
1 pinch Salt
Oil for deep fry
πMethod
To begin making the Jackfruit Mulik Recipe, peel, deseed and chop jackfruit roughly.
In a Mixer, combine jackfruit pieces, jaggery, grated coconut, and to a fine paste .
Transfer the jackfruit puree into a mixing bowl. To this bowl, add rice rava and salt, mix everything well. Allow this Jackfruit Mulik batter to sit for 20 -30 minutes so that the rice rava soaks & jack fruit πabsorb flavour well in the mixture .
Then, check the consistency of the batter. It should be little thicker than idli batter. Mix it well.
Take a pan add oil heat when its hot. Turn gas to low flame . make it small balls to deep fry . Deep fry till get golden brown on Low to medium flame .Ready to serve. Yummy yummy Ponsa Mulik β¦.π
