



Dhaba Style Rajma Masala / Kidney Beans Masala With 🍚 Jeera Rice. This can be served either with Puri or Chapati Lovely Combination
💁Rajma Red Kidney Beans is one of the most popular North Indian dish which goes well with Roti, Chapatti, Naan & Plain Rice 🍚 or Jeera Rice.
💁Ingredients
1 cup Rajma red beans
2 tbsp Butter 🧈+2 tbsp oil
2 medium chopped Tomatoes
3 Medium chopped onions
1 inches ginger finally chopped
5-6 cloves garlic finally chopped
3 green chillies chopped
Handfull ✊ of chopped coriander
💁Masala Spicy Like
1 bay leaf
1/2 tbsp Cumin seeds
1/4 tbsp Turmeric powder
2 tbsp Kashmiri Chili powder
1/2 tbsp Garam Masala
1 tbsp Coriander powder
1/2 tbsp Cumin powder
1/4 tbsp Amchur powder
1tbdp Kasuri Methi
Salt to taste
1/2 tbsp Sugar
💁For Garnishing
1 inches ginger Julians
1 tbsp fresh cream
few chopped green chillies & chopped coriander leaves
💁Method
Soak rajma overnight, wash it well, transfer to the big vessel,add water until it dips. Next days it’s size in doubles add few drops oil, mix it well pressure cook & take 7-8 whistle or till it is soft and keep it aside.
Now Heat some butter & oil in a pan and add 1 bay leaf , cumin seeds, pounded green chili, ginger, garlic and onions.. Saute the onions till they are golden brown and add turmeric powder, Kashmiri chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder Mix well. add the tomatoes and cook it for about 5 minutes.fry untill u get a aroma & raw smell goes off.oil release from tomatoes.
Add the cooked rajma beans and add pinch of sugar & salt to taste balance out the flavors add some water adjust the consistency mix it well, allow them to boil. 💁consistency should be thick add garam masala, amchur powder and cook it for about 5mins. and finally add kasuri methi & handfull ✊ of chopped coriander. Garnish with Slice the ginger Julians very thinly , fresh cream , chopped green chillies & tomato.
Rajma Masala Is Ready To Be Served With Hot Some Jeera Rice or plan Rice ,Ghee Rice….Goes well with Hot Hot Puri & Chapathi.

💁Ingredients
1 cup jeera rice / Raw rice 🍚
1 -1/2 cup of water
1tspn ghee
2 tbsp oil
1 tbsp cumin Seeds.
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
💁 Method
Take a pressure cooker
add ghee & oil once it heated add cumin seeds once it splutters add ginger garlic paste Saute nicely add rice & salt to taste mix it well.
pressure cook for 2 -3 whistle.
Ready to Serve Jeera Rice With
Rajma Masala.
