💁No Soda & No Urad Dal Version 2 Set Dosa / Spongy & Fluffy Dosa / Polo With Onion Red Coconut Chutney

💁This version of batter makes dosa more spongy, fluffy and tasty with little sweetness added , serve this with 🥥coconut chutney.The best part of this version of dosa is it stays fresh ,soft ,spongy for long time and can easily be enjoyed by kids for their lunch box .

💁 Ingredients

2  cups/ pav dosa rice
1 /2 cup cooked white rice 💁 you use leftover rice also
Salt to taste
1/4 tbsp Sugar required water to grind dosa batter should be thick idli consistency
2 tbsp of Oil for applying dosa

💁Method

Take a bowl soak dosa rice for  ⌚2-3 hours.

In a mixi jar grind rice and add cooked rice make it smooth paste remove to a larger vessels. Add salt to taste & 1/4 tbsp sugar mix batter well with a help of spoon ,close and set aside for fermentation 7-8 hours ⌚ or over night.

Next day morning after fermentation you can see 👀👁️ a raise in the batter with pores mix well 💁if the batter is too thick add little water to get proper consistency.

Heat dosa tava griddle well ,simmer once heated pour a laddle full of batter spread lightly and medium thick 💁Don’t make very thin dosa top with a tbsp of oil. cover and cook for a mins or until the base is cooked well.

No need to 💁 flip over both sides finally… Enjoy With Coconut 🥥 Chunety & Cup of Tea or ☕ Coffee.
