Healthy Traditional Breakfast  Sprouted Green Gram Usli / Mooga Upkeri

💁👇How to Sprout Green Gram

Soak 2 cups Green gram in water. Then at night drain all water & close it with lid. toss it. Close the lid. At night it  gets sprouted . Then transfer this into big bowl & put water in it. Next day morning almost  it’s outer skin floats over water.

💁Ingredients

2 cup green gram
4 tbsp Oil
1/2 tbsp Mustard seeds
Few Curry leaves
3 -4 slits Green chillies
2 dry red chillies
3 – 4 onions
Salt to taste
One pinch sugar
1 cup Fresh grated coconut

💁Method

Clean & remove outer skin. Cook sprouted green gram in little  water till 90% soft but not 💁mushy .

Then heat oil in kadai. Add mustard seeds. As it splutters add slit green chillies, dry red chillies, curry leaves . Add chopped onions  fry it nicely Then put this cooked sprouted Green gram, salt to taste & Sugar, sprinkle little water. Cover & summer for 5-6mins .Garnish with fresh grated coconut…
