Paneer Masala With Hot Hot Chapati

💁Ingredients For Onion-Tomato Paste

2 tbsp oil
1tbsp Butter 🧈
3 garlic cloves
1/2 tbsp fennel seeds/ saunf
½ tbsp jeera
1/4 tbsp Pepper cron
1 inch ginger
1 onion roughly chopped
2 tomatoes 🍅 roughly chopped
6-8 cashews nuts 4-5 Bedagi red chillies

other ingredients

1 – 2 tbsp oil
inch cinnamon stick dalchini
1 ­ bay leaf
1tsp red chilli powder
1/4 tbsp turmeric powder
salt to taste
1 tbsp coriander powder
1/2 tbsp sugar
1/2 tbsp garam masala powder
1 cup water add to adjust consistency
1 tbsp kasuri methi / dry fenugreek leaves crushed
2 -4 tbsp curd
200 gm pieces paneer
1 medium size capsicum cubes
1/2 tbsp Lemon 🍋
1 tbsp kasuri methi / dry fenugreek leaves crushed
few coriander leaves chopped

💁Method

Onion-Tomato Paste

firstly, in a large kadai take oil and add 3 garlic cloves,fennel seeds/ saunf jeera ,pepper corn, ginger, cashews nuts & 4-5 Bedagi red chillies it’s given nice colour in gravy add chopped onions. saute on medium flame till onions turns slightly golden brown. add chopped tomatoes and saute till they turn soft.
finally, add little 💧water and blend to smooth paste.

Heat the oil in a pan add Panner saute on a high flame for 2 to 3mins than keep aside.
In a same pan add capsicum cubes saute till the turn light brown in colour.switch of the flame. Drain the capcicum in a blow & keep aside.

Firstly, in the same kadai add oil & butter 🧈add 1 bay leaf add chilli powder and turmeric directly to oil. now added blended onion – tomato paste and fry.add coriander powder,garam masala, sugar and salt and fry. add 4 tbsp of curd and mix it nicely in low flame. Further add 1 cup of water, add fried paneer cubes & capsicum cubes add 1/2 tbsp 🍋lemon. cover and simmer for 10 minutes. finally, add crushed kasuri methi and coriander leaves. Ready to serve with Chapathi or 👉store Brought ID paratha.👈
