💁Ingredients

Oil 3 tbsp
Mustard seeds
1tbsp urad dal
1 tbsp Chana dal
Medium size raw papaya Length Chopped 
2 medium size Lengthy chopped potatoes
2 slit Green chillies
1 slit dry red chillies
Few Curry leaves
Handfull of ✊Fresh grated  coconut
Salt  to taste
1🤏 pinch sugar 

💁Method

   Chopped  potatoes & raw papaya pieces. Then heat oil in pan.add  mustard seeds As it splutters add  green chili ,chana dal, urad dal,  red chilly ,curry leaves  Saute it. Then add chopped papaya add  potatoes add salt & sugar. Mix well 5 mins in  oil than  add fresh grated coconut.  Cover it.💁Don’t use water 🤗Cook on low flame till soft.

Ready to serve Raw papaya & potatoes  stir /upkeri with Rice as side dish …
