




Today’s Special Crispy Masala Dosa With Coconut 🥥 Chutney & Potato Bhaji
💁Masala Dosa Batter
Ingredients
3 cups Dosa rice
3/4 cup urad dal
Handful ✊ of Chana Dal
1 tsp methi / fenugreek seeds
1/4 cup puffed rice
Salt to taste
1pinch sugar
Method
Firstly, in a large bowl, soak rice ,urad dal , Chana Dal , methi seeds for atleast 4 hours.drain the water from soaked urad dal & rice add hand full ✋ of puffed rice make it smooth and fluffy batter. adding water required.
Collect it into a large bowl add salt to taste and keep aside.mix well making sure the batter has combined completely.also clean the sides with your hand.✋Cover and ferment in a warm place for 8- 10 hours.the next day you can see the batter has raised well indicating its well fermented. Add 1 tbsp sugar & mix the batter slightly.
Heat griddle tava and pour a ladleful of the batter on it and spread it in a circular motion thin circle.also a little oil over it. Then cover the dosa for a minute and.. Now add red chutney..keep the potato masala.. cook till the bottom of dosa turns golden brown.finally, fold over to make a semi-circle, cone or a roll & any shape and serve immediately .
💁Potato Bhaji Ingredients
4 medium size potato
1 chopped capsicum
3 tbsp oil
1/4 tbsp mustard seeds
Few curry leaves
1/2 tbsp chana dal
1/2 tbsp urad dal
4-6 chopped green chillies
2 chopped onions
1 pinch 🤏 haldi powder
salt to taste
Handfull of ✊ coriander leaves
💁Method
Pressure cook 5 potatoes.. smash it keep aside.
Heat oil in a pan add mustard. Curry leaves little chana dal, urad dal ,chopped green chillies…saute then add chopped onion & capsicum saute nicely. add haldi powder, little salt now add cooked potatoes smashed it should be in to small pieces add fresh coriander leaves mix it well cover and cook for some few mins.. ready to serve With dosa .
💁Crispy Crispy Masala Dosa /Spicy Red Chutney Recipe
Ingredients
4-6 cover of Garlic
10 -12 1 hour 💁soaked red Bedagi Dry Mirchi
1/2 small onion pieces
1/2 zeera
Small ball of Imli / tamarind
Salt
Small pieces Jaggery🤏
💁Method
Take a pan add oil than add garlic, onion & zeera fry well and then bring it to room temperature. Add Small ball of tamarind ,salt & small pieces Jaggery.
Grind in mixer till its fine Red chutney paste..
💁Your Masala Dosa Red Chutney is ready to apply for dosa. 🤗 You can keep in fridge and preserve for a month.
