Who doesn’t love Spicy, Crispy #CauliflowerFritters
Here’s the recipe to make super yummy, spicy and crispy #Cauliflower Fritters or #Gobi65 as they are called in restaurants. These cauliflower fritters are made using a spicy, These cauliflower fritters can be served as a starter or as a side dish for lunch/dinner with Dal . It can also be served as a tea time snack.
Cauliflower Fritters are called as Cauliflower Bajo in Konkani.
💁 Ingredients
1 medium cauliflower
1 small pack Abhiruchi masala Gobi Manchurian masala👉 u can use any manchuri masala 👈
1 tbsp red chilli powder
1/4tbsp turmeric
1/2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
salt as required
5 tbsp rice flour
1/2 cup maida flore
water required
1 -1/2 cup oil for deep fry few curry leaves
💁Method
To prepare this easy recipe, wash the cauliflowers in running water and then cut into small florets. Afterwards, put these florets in a large bowl filled with hot water and sprinkle a little salt on them. Stir to mix well and let the florets soak in the water for about 5-7 mins. Then, drain the hot water and keep the bowl of florets aside.
In this bowl, add gobi manchurian masala ginger-garlic paste, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, rice flour and maida . Mix well all the spices with the cauliflower florets and let them soak all the spices for about 30 mins.
Now, put a kadhai on medium flame and heat oil in it. Once the oil is hot enough, put the florets in batches in the kadhai and deep fry till they turn golden in colour. at this stage add few curry leaves.
These fried cauliflower florets remove in napkins to soak the extra oil, and serve immediately.👉 Optional You can garnish with Tomato Sauce.
