💁Ingredients

1 cup fresh grated coconut 🥥
10 -12 dried red chillies, roasted 👉I use byadgi & Guntur
marble size tamarind
1″ Inches ginger, chopped fine
2 slit green chillies, cut in half
1 small onion, chopped
salt to taste
1/2 tbsp coconut oil 🥥

💁Method

Clean & Wash silver 🐟 fish / Bolanjir fish .

Grind coconut 🥥 along with red chillies & tamarind to a smooth paste.

In a wide pan, add chopped ginger, green chilli, onion, ground masala and salt to taste. Add a little water at a time to make a thick gravy. Boil for 2-3 minutes. Check for salt.
Add fish & give one quick stir.

Boil nicely but stir only if required since fish tends to break apart easily. Drizzle with coconut oil & serve hot with white rice.

🐠 Very Spicy Mackerel Fish /Raja / Bangude Tava Rava Fry

💁Ingredients

6-8 Bangude fish
2 tbsp Lemon juice 🍋
3 tbsp Red chilli power
1 small pack Aachi fish fry masala
1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
1/2 tbsp green chillies paste
1/4tbsp pepper powder
Salt to taste

💁Other Ingredients

2-4 tbsp oil
1/4 cup Bombay rava
1 pinch Salt

💁Method


Take a bowl add all ingredients mix it well apply this masala to fish give rest for 2- 3 hours than .Take a tava spread 2-3 tbsp oil . Take Bombay rava add 1 pinch 🤏 salt dip it & place it fish till golden brown both side fry it nicely ready to serve.
