π Chicken Biriyani Recipe
Ingredients For Marination
1/2 kg chicken with bone & π leg piece
1/4 cup curd / yogurt thick
1/4 tbsp turmeric / haldi
1 tbsp kashmiri red chilli powder / lal mirch powder
1-1/2 tbsp ginger garlic green paste
1/2 tbsp biryani masala powder
salt to taste
1 tbsp oil
1/2 tbsp lemon π
Other Ingredients
2 tbsp oil + 1 tsp ghee
1 bay leaf / tej patta
1 inch cinnamon / dalchini
5 cloves / lavang
1 star anise
4 cardamom / elachi
1tsp pepper
2 onions finely chopped
1/2 bunch methi leaves
2 tomato π
finely chopped
Β½ tsp ginger garlic paste
2 cup basmati rice soaked for 20 mins
salt to taste
1 tbsp biryani masala
1tbsp red chilli powder
powder
1/2 tbsp Garam masala
3 – 4 slit green chillies
Handfull β of chopped coriander leaves
1tbsp Lemon π
Few petals mint leaves
4 cup of water
πMethod
firstly, marinate chicken in curd along with all of the mentioned ingredients spices & keep aside.
In a pressure cooker heat 2 tbsp ghee and 2 oil tbsp saute whole masala spices. add chopped onions and saute well add chopped 1/2 bunch methi leaves , ginger garlic paste & tomatoes Saute well π Add the prepared marinated chicken ππ π to the cooker and add red chilli powder, gram masala, few slit green chillies mix it nicely . Now add 2 cup of basmati rice πsoaked for 20 minutes salt to taste, 1tbsp Biryani masala powder, handfull of chopped coriander & mint and 1 tbsp ghee mix will nicely for 3-4 mins coat all masala to the rice now pour 4 cup of water.cover and pressure cook for 2 whistles.

1kg chicken π With bone & π leg piece cut into medium pieces
2 – 3 tbsps Maida
1/2 cup think curd
2 tsps chilli powder
2 tbsps Lime juice
1 tsps Ginger garlic
green chilli paste
1/2 tbsp pepper power,
salt to taste
Oil
2 tbsp kasuri mathi,
1 small pack chicken kabab masala
πMethod
Spicy Softy chicken kebab
Take a bowl and mix all of the mentioned ingredientsπexcept oilπand allow to marinate for 3-4 hrs.ββ
Then heat oil in a pan, deep fry put them in and when one side gets brown and crusty, turn the pieces over and let the other side get cooked on medium high heat.
The marinated chicken pieces need to be cooked till they turn golden brown.
Pat dry the fried π chicken pieces with paper towels to remove excess oil. Garnish Lemon π with coriander leaves before serving. Ready to Serve Hot With chicken biryani.πππ₯π€π£πππ
