Passion Fruit Juice 🍷🍹

💁Ingredients

3-4 Passion Fruits
1 -1/2 litre water
1/2 cup sugar
1 pinch salt🤏
Few ice cubes

💁Method

Wash and Cut the passion fruit.Scoop out the passion fruit pulp flesh with seeds with a spoon and collect the pulp in a bowl.

In a blender jar add the passion fruit pulp along with the water, sugar & 1 pinch salt & blend smooth .

Strain the juice separate the seeds so that we don’t have the large seed pieces in that juice. 💁It’s ok to have a few black seed dots in your juice.

Pour the juice through a funnel into a bottle and refrigerate.. Enjoy this juice with ice or with a cocktail .While storing in a refrigerate the juice and water might separate. In that case just shake the bottle or stir the juice.Before transfer into a glass cups.
