


Crispy Potato Finger Sticks For Evening Snack or As a Side Dish With Simple “Dali toy”🤗😋
💁Ingredients
4-5 medium size potato
1 tbsp red chilli powder
1/4 tbsp turmeric powder
1/4 tbsp Amchur power
3 tbsp rice flour
3 tbsp maida
2 tbsp corn flour
2 -3 tbps water
💁Other Ingredients
Oil for deep fry
1 tbsp of chat masala &Chilli flakes
Chopped coriander
Lemon slice
💁Method
wash & remove outer d-skin. Slice the aloo in the form of sticks. Transfer this into a bowl. Add red chilli powder, salt, turmeric powder, amchur powder, rice flour, maida flour & cron flour. Sprinkle tbsp of water & mix them well.
Now add 1 tbsp corn flour n mix again nicely. 💁Do not add extra water. Make sure the corn flour is evenly coated & spread on the potatoes sticks.
Heat oil in a kadai . Drop the aloo sticks 1 by 1 & deep fry . Fry until they turn golden brown in colour. Transfer fried sticks on to a tissue paper. Then to a serving plate..
Ready to Serve Hot With Tomato Sauce. For extra spicy Chilli flakes & chat masala can be sprinkled & some chopped coriander & slice of Lemon.
