Crispy Spicy Puffed Rice Mixture / Murmura Chivda / Bhajille Charmburo With Cup Of Hot Coffee…☕Delicious Munchy, Spicy Tea Time Snack
💁👇Ingredients
4-5 cup / Pav Puffed rice/mandakki
5-6 tbsp coconut 🥥 Oil
1 tbsp Mustard Seeds
Few broken guntur red chilli pieces
Handfull ✊ of Curry leaves 🌿
1/2 cup putani/fried gram
1/2 cup Peanut /Shenga
50gm or 1/4 cup Without👉peel crushed Garlic cloves👈
1/4 tbsp Turmeric powder
2 tbsp Red chilli powder
1/2 tbsp powdered sugar
Salt to taste
Method 💁
Take a pan heat oil in a wide pan on medium flame.Add mustard seeds, peanuts and roast until peanuts are slightly brown and roasted.Then add fried gram , Few broken red chilli pieces ,curry leaves, 👉without peel crushed garlic👈 fry it nicely for 2 -5mins saute it until brown & crunchy 💁on medium low flame.Now turn off the flame 👈 add turmeric powder, red chilli powder Mix it well.
👉Now add puffed rice Now again 💁switch on the flame mix the above masala with puffed rice mix it properly so that spices are uniformly coated. Turn off the flame. Now add 1/2 tbsp powdered sugar 💁 optional you can skip sugar add salt to taste & mix well. Let it cool. Ready to Serve Masala Puffed Rice 👇
