1/2 kg Mullan/Kurichi, is very small
2 tbsp Lemon juice πŸ‹
3 tbsp Red chilli power
1 small pack BoN fish fry masala or any brand
1/4 tbsp pepper powder
1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
1/4 tbsp green chillies paste
Salt to taste

This fish, called Mullan/Kurichi, is very small and has lots of bones. So please use a fish scissor to cut off its head and along the sides so many bones are removed. Then it is easy to eat – curry or fry.

Take a bowl add all ingredients mix it like a paste .Then apply for this masala to fish give rest for 2 to 3 hours than .Take a Rava dip it. Take tava spread 2-3 tbsp oil place it fish till golden brown both side fry it nicely ready to serve with Lemon Slice..
