πŸ’πŸ‘‡ Ingredients For Seasoning

1/2 kg Tendli / Ivy Gourd /Thondekayi
2 tbsp oil
1/2 tbsp mustard seeds
Few curry leaves
1 medium size chopped onions
Β½ tbsp turmeric powder

πŸ’πŸ‘‡For Masala Paste

3 Guntur red chilllies+4 Byadgi red chillies
1/2 tsp zeera
1 /2 tbsp pepper corn
2 Raw medium size roughly chopped onions
3 -4 flakes garlic
πŸ₯œ size jaggery
salt to taste

πŸ’πŸ‘‡Method

Wash & clean than crush it or you can chopped long slit. Here I whole crushed Ivy Gourd keep aside.

In a cooking pan, add a 3 tbsp of oil add mustard seeds & curry leaves once the mustard seeds splutter now add chopped onion add Ivy gourd & turmeric powder fry it nicely.add 1/2 cup of water cover the lid & mix well & cook till it is cooked its takes approximately 10-15 mins to cook on low flame.

Meanwhile, grind the masala ingredients πŸ‘‰Do not add water, the masala should be coarse paste & dryπŸ‘ˆWhen the ivy gourd are well completely cooked . At this stage add the πŸ‘‰ground masala paste and mix well. Cover and cook on a low flame till all the masala is coat & absorbed well.add chopped coriander leaves stir fry for some time and turn off the flame. Ivy gourd palya / Stir Fry is Ready To be Serve .
