Crab 🦀 Shallow / Fry 🍟🦞

My kids Favourite. It was ☝️ finger licking superb tasty 😋🤤

💁👇Ingredients For Marinate

1/2 kg Crab 🦀
1/2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
1 1/2 tbsp Red chilli power
1/2 tbsp pepper powder
1 tbsp kabab masala powder
1 pinch 🤏 Turmeric powder
Few curry leaves
2-3 tbsp corn flour
1 tbsp rice flour
Salt to taste
Little coriander leaves
Oil for shallow fry

💁👇Method

Clean the crabs. If the crab 🦀 is big, cut them into 2 pieces to make eating🥱 easier. Slightly crush the🦵 legs with pestle 👉💁beat it just once or twice just to crack the outer shell slightly. absorbs the marinate spices masala…till inside.This gives the crabs typical taste that enhances the flavour.

I got tender, 💁young crabs and fried them, but the recipe is good for any type of 🦀 crab.
Since they splatter like 💁🥚eggs while deep fry so do when we fry them, I steamed the crabs 🦀 for 10 mins in the idli steamer before marinating…. Once cooked keep aside.

Make paste of marinating ingredients. adding little water, thick masala batter add steamed cooked 🦀 crab and mix all the side coat masala nicely . Give rest it for 1 hour.

After marination, you can shallow fry or deep fry the 🦀crabs.

Take 2-4 tbsp oil in a pan. Heat oil drop the marinated 🦀crabs along with Masala and few curry leaves and cook in medium to low flame.Once the crabs change colour or
till done.

Transfer the crabs 🦀 to a serving plate and serve garnish some coriander leaves a wedge of 🍋 lemon. My kids Favourite. It was finger licking taste. 😋🤗
