💁👇Ingredients

8-10 purple Brinjal small or medium size
4- 5 tbsp dry roasted peanuts
3- 4 tbsp dry khurashi
👉 huchchellu still splutter

💁👇Ingredients For Masala Paste

1 tbsp cumin seeds
3 tbsp Daniya / coriander
seeds
6-8 Bayadagi + guntur chillies
1/2 tbsp pepper
1 inch Ginger
5-7 clovers garlic
Handfull of coriander ✊leaves
💁3-4 tbsp coconut only little
1 tbsp White sesame
Amla size Tamarind
salt to taste
1/2 tbsp jaggery

💁👇For Seasoning

4 tbsp Oil
1/2 tbsp mustard seeds
1/4 cumin seeds
1/4 tbsp turmeric powder
Few curry leaves
1 chopped Onion
1 tomato

💁👇Method

Dry roasted peanuts & dry khurashi 👉 huchchellu still splutter. Switch off the flame .

cut the 💁Brinjal in X shape without taking off the stalk .Immediately place in water keep a side.

Meanwhile take a mixer jar. Add all masala ingredients add little water make a fine smooth paste .Now add roasted peanuts , khurashni & coriander leaves. grind it Slight coarsely paste. keep a side.

Take thick bottom kadai add 4 tbsp oil, mustard splutter than add curry leaves, jeera,Onions, turmeric powder, add 2 tomatoes 🍅 fry for 3 – 4 mins Saute nicely till tomato turn smashy.add now carefull place cut brinjal shallow fry for 5-8 mins while change colour , add the masala paste & some water and close the lid and check in between 5 mins cook in low flame nearly 8-10mins when Brinjal getting soft garnish with coriander leaves.

Ready to Serve Hot Hot Ennegayi With Akki Rotti Or Chapathi.

💁👇Akki Roti

Boil 4 cup of water in a kadai adding little oil & salt once it starts boiling lower the flame add 2 cup of rice flour.. just give a turn n switch off the gas. Close the lid n keep for 10 minutes. Later add remaining 2 cup of rice flour knead it very nicely . Dip palm ✋ in water & knead make it stiff & soft dough same like chapati.

Don’t put much pressure.. roll the roti thin .

Than take a fry pan down side roit it’s place it up side that side u should use wet cloth apply water than 3 – 4 mins turn other side apply little oil fry like phulka. little brown in colour. ready to serve..rotis soft & fluffy.

💁👇 Ingredients

2 cup of dry grated coconut
2 medium of 👉💁without skin peel out Garlic Pods
little tamarind
10 Bedgi Dry chillies
5 guntur dry chillies
Salt to taste

💁👇Method

Now roast Bedgi & guntur chilies and then bring it to room temperature. Add Garlic and small ball size of tamarind and salt to taste grind in mixer till its fine powder.

Then add grated Coconut and grind for few second.. mix till chilles & garlic mixture is coated on grated coconut and entire mixture becomes 💁 coarse power Don’t👉💁 use water 💧while grind .Now Garlic / Lasoon Chuntey Power is Ready to Serve With Any Kind of a Roti… 💞😋
