


Very Spicy Egg Tava Fry Lovely Combination With Curd Rice or Dal
My Dad Favourite Egg Tava Fry
šThis tawa fry donāt need any onions or tomato or any other things. Just the masalas goes along with the hard boiled eggs.
š When ur really in a hurry to make a hot and spicy dish,šdefinitely you can opt for this. Yummy yummy spicy š„ egg fry.. With hot Rice & Dalitoy /Dal Or Curd Rice.
ššIngredients
4 to 6Boiled Eggs š„
2 to 3 tsp chilli powder
1 tbspĀ coriander power
1 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tbsp Asafoetida power
Salt
oil
2 tbsp Rava
Method
Heat water in a pan to rolling boil and slowly add the eggs. Cook for about 5-7 mins in high flame and allow it to cool down completely. Slowly remove the shell and slice the eggs š„keep aside .
In a mixing bowl, add red chilli, turmeric powder, Coriander power & Asafoetida power required salt. Sprinkle a little water to make a pastešlike don’t add to much water we need thickĀ paste consistency šThen apply the masala paste eggs and Coat the masala on all the sides of the egg and marinate for at least 30 mins or hour āSprinkle rava top on the Eggs Masala paste…
In aĀ tavaĀ add 3 tbspĀ oilĀ and simmer the stove to minimum low flame. Place it eggsš„ one by one masalaĀ side isĀ to down face … On hot tava..šas I show I in pic štemperature to low medium and fry the eggs until the egg & Rava turns masala dark brown in colour. šTake care not to burn the masalasšOnce the raw smell leaves and rava Roast the eggs with the masala within 3-5 mins till itās done.
