💁👇👇Ingredients

1 cup fresh grated coconut 🥥
3-4 tbsp Roasted Gram Splits Chana Dal / Hurigadale
4 -6 green chillies as per ur spicy
Peanut size tamarind
🤏Small piece Ginger
3 single garlic bulb /clove
1 string curry leaves
Rock Salt to taste
Handfull ✊ coriander leaves
Water required to add Chutney

💁For seasoning 👇

1 tbsp oil
1/2 tbsp mustard seeds
1 string curry leaves
1 broken red chillies

💁👇👇Method

Take samll pan add few drops of oil now add green chillies & Curry leaves fry till colour change keep aside.

Take a small mixi jar. Add fresh grated 🥥 coconut, Roasted Gram Splits/Hurigadale
fried green chillies & Curry Leaves,tamarind, Small Ginger pice & 💁 3 single garlic bulb /clove & rock salt to taste add little water & Grind to a smooth paste & 💁 just before removing the chutney from mixi jar at this 👉stage add a ✊ handfull of coriander leaves & grind only for 💁2-3 rounds or for few second. As its look tiny tiny pieces of 💁coriander leaves should be 👁️👀shown & float in the chutney. Now add water as required to dilute Neeru chutney as ur choice. Thick , thin or runny consistency .

In a small seasoning pan add oil , mustard seeds, curry leaves & broken dry red chilli. Switch Off the flame..Transfer this thadka into chunety bowl mix well.Ready to Serve Hotel Style Neeru Chutney.
