Anil Rice Vermicelli Shavige Usli

šŸ’šŸ‘‡Ingredients

1/2 kg Anil Shavige

3tps oil
1/2 tbspĀ  mustard seeds
1/2Ā  ura dal
1tbsp channa dal
6 -7 green chili’s
Few curry leaves
2 medium size chopped onions
1/4 cupĀ  beans
1/4 cup fresh green peas
1medium size choppedĀ  carrot
1 medium Capsicum
salt to taste
1pinch šŸ¤Turmeric powder
Ā  littleĀ  sugar
1/4 cup of fresh grated coconut  🄄
1 tbsp šŸ‹ lemon juiceĀ 

šŸ‘‡Method
Take a pan add 4 to 5 cup of water boil than add salt, few drops of oil, whileĀ  boiling water switch of the flame. add Anil shavige give fewĀ  3- 5 mins for rest than strain & add 2 cup normal water..to stop sticking…again strain it & keep aside..

Take a pan add 3tps oil,Ā  mustard seeds,Ā  ura dal,channa dal, green chili’s, curry leaves, chopped onions, beans, fresh green peas, carrot, & Capsicum add 1pinch šŸ¤Turmeric powder fry it well add salt,Ā  Saute for few minutes now add cooked ShavigeĀ  &Ā  littleĀ  sugar,Ā  now shavigeĀ  toss it well add fresh grated coconut & 1 tbsp šŸ‹ lemon juiceĀ  Ready To Serve….šŸ˜‹šŸ˜˜šŸ‘Œ
