šŸ’šŸ‘‡Ingredients

3 -5 potato boiled
4 onions thinly sliced
6 -8 green chilliĀ 
1 inch ginger finely chopped
4Ā  cloveĀ  garlic finely chopped
½ tbsp turmeric powder
few coriander leaves finely chopped
salt to taste
One pinch sugar
1 cup water

šŸ’šŸ‘‡For tempering

4 tbsp oil
1/2  tbsp mustard seeds
1 tbsp urad dal
1 tbsp channa dal
1 stem curry leaves

šŸ‘‡šŸ‘‡šŸ’Method

Pressure cook the potato till they are soft. peel the skin and cut & smash into medium pieces. keep aside.

Finely chop green chillies, ginger, garlic, coriander leaves. And also thinly slice onions keep ready.

In a pan heat oil and add mustard seeds, urad dal,and channa dal. allow to splutter .then add curry leaves and fry for a minute. also add chilli and chopped garlic &Ā  ginger. fry till the garlic raw smell goes away. now add thinly sliced onions and fry till then turn translucent addĀ  turmeric powder saute nicely.

Now add boiled potato and give a quick stir. also add , little water and salt , sugar to taste.mash the potatoes and cook for about 4 -5min.

Garnish it with fresh chopped coriander leaves. Ready to serve aloo/ potato bhaji with hot hotĀ  poori.
