


Mushroom ๐๐ Rice With Any ur Choice of Raita

Is a very quick and delicious. This recipe uses lots of colorful veggies like mushrooms, tomato , beans, green peas & capsicum. ๐ค
๐๐Ingredients
1 cup Basmati long grained rice or ๐you can use sona masoori rice too up to ur choice
200 gm ๐mushrooms thinly Sliced
1/4 cup cooked fresh green peas
๐Other Ingredients
2 tbsp Oil +ghee
1tbsp Ginger garlic paste
1 medium size capsicum
6-8 finally chopped beans
2 medium size onions
1 medium size tomato
1 tbsp red chilli powder
1/2 tbsp coriander powder
1/4 tbsp gram masala powder
1/4 tbsp pepper powder
1 tbsp pav bhaji masala powder
Salt to taste
1tbsp Lemon ๐ juice
Handfull โ of chopped coriander leaves
๐๐Method
first wash & rinse the rice for 20 mins properly. Then cook the rice in a pressure cooker along with 2 cups of water, few ๐ง drops of oil & little salt for 2 whistles are enough.Don’t cook the rice till it becomes mushy or too soft. Spread on a plate so that grains doesn’t stick to eachother. Let the rice cool keep aside.
Heat oil + ghee in a pan or kadai. add the finely chopped onions ,when u get nice aroma add ginger garlic paste and stir fry for 2 mins on a high flame. Now add the chopped beans , capsicum and tomato and stir fry for 2 mins on a high flame. at this stage add the mushrooms begins to get lightly browned from the edges. And first the whole seasoning will become watery as mushrooms will ๐release the water and slowly the water will evaporate. When the mushrooms start to become lightly dry add red chilli powder, coriander power, pav bhaji masala powder, black pepper, gram masala powder and salt to taste.
Now add cooked basmati rice and finely chopped coriander leaves stir fry the rice toss gently to blend .Now simmer the flame and cook covered till the rice has absorbed masala spicy for 3-5 mins till it becomes hot. Add Lemon juice switch off the flame. Ready to Serve Mushroom ๐ Rice.
