1 pack mushrooms πŸ„
1/2 cup capsicum chopped
1/4 cooked fresh peas
2 + 1 tomatoes πŸ…
4 dried whole kashmiri red chili
2-4 flakes garlic
1 inch ginger
6-8 cashew nuts
3 Oil
1 tbsp Butter 🧈
1/4 tbsp cumin seeds
1bay leaf
2 chopped medium size onion
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1/4 tbsp red chilli powder
1/2 tbsp gram masala power
2 green chillies (slit)
1 tbsp coriander leaves chopped
1/2 tsp dry kasuri methi leaves
2 tbsp fresh curd
1/2 tbsp sugar
salt to taste

Wash , clean and slice the mushrooms. Slice the capsicum keep aside.

πŸ‘‡For Gravy

Grind the remaining 1 onion, dried whole kashmiri red chillies, 2-4 flakes garlic, ginger, cashew nuts and 2 tomato πŸ… to a fine paste.

In a kadai heat butter /oil add fry one by one slice mushrooms & capsicum keep aside .

Heat oil in a kadai add cumin seeds ,bay leaf for a minute, then add the 1 sliced onions.Saute onions add 1 tomatoe πŸ… saute nicely till smashy. Then add the ground paste and mix it well.add turmeric powder , red chilli powder ,coriander power , crushed kasuri methi and salt to taste & 1 pinch🀏 sugar Mix all together. add fresh curd Then add half cup water cover & allow it to cook till oil release & zoom out from side for 3-5 mins keep the gas flame low .

Then add the fried sliced mushrooms , capsicum & cooked green peas . Once the mushrooms are cooked add the slit green chillies. Mix all together very well. Finally add gram masala powder & On top add 1tbsp butter Cover and cook the mushrooms until the entire water gets reduced absorbs the spices .

Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.

Homemade Butter Naan

2 cups maida
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp dry yeast mix with warm water
salt to taste
ΒΌ cup curd
2 tsp oil
water as required, to knead

1 tbsp coriander leaves, finely chopped
2 tbsp Black till/ sesame seeds

Method

Firstly, knead the dough for 10 minutes with ingredients listed for dough.

Cover with a moist cloth/ or plate and rest for 2 -4⌚hours or over night in warm place. πŸ’ Here I knead doughπŸ’ late night after few hours, knead the dough slightly. to remove if any air present in the dough.pinch a ball sized dough.gently roll to oval shape roll in a circle & sprinkle some coriander leaves & back till /sesame seeds in the dough using rolling pin. πŸ‘‰make sure you do not make too πŸ’thin nor thickπŸ‘ˆ and also keep the size in mind. it should not be larger than your tawa size.grease with water over Naan.

Furthermore, slowly flip over and put it on hot tawa and slightly press.now after a minute, flip the tawa upside down and cook naan directly on flame till they turn golden brown.also brush with some butter mixed with coriander leaves.
