Delicious & tasty side dish goes well serve with steamed hot rice & Dal. Enjoy this Stir-fry. The recipe is simple, quick & easy to prepare with few ingredients.No need to add any masala in this recipe.

💁👇Ingredients

1/2 kg Bhenda / Ladie’s Finger
2 tbsp Oil
1/2 tbsp Mustard seeds
3-4 Green chillies
1tbsp urad dal
Curry leaves
2 tbsp Fresh grated coconut 🥥
1pinch Sugar
Salt to taste

💁👇Method


Wash ,cut both the ends & chop them into small pieces keep aside .

Heat oil in a pan & splutter mustard seeds, green chillies, urad dal & Curry leaves saute well. Add chopped Bhenda /Okra saute well & fry in oil .

No need to add water.. add required salt to taste and pinch sugar mix well bhenda in oil.

Cover the pan with lid & cook on low flame till the okra /bhenda pieces become tender & well cooked. Stir in between add fresh grated coconut 🥥 when done switch off the flame .

A tasty ladies finger stir fry is ready to serve as a side dish with Rice & Dalitoy for a heart ❤️warming Konkani meal. 🤗😋
