Bangude / Mackerel Green Masala Fish Curry With Bangude Tava Fry

💁👇Ingredients For Green Masala Paste

Handfull,✊of coriander leaves
8-10 petals Mint leaves
6-7 Garlic cloves
1 roughly chopped onion
1/2 inch 🤏 Ginger
8 -10 Green chillies 💁as per ur spicy level adjust
1/4 tbsp Cumin seeds
1/2 tbsp coriander seeds
Marble size tamarind
1 pinch 🤏 Turmeric powder
Only 3-4 tbsp 🥥 fresh grated coconut
Salt to taste

Other ingredients

2-3 tbsp oil
5-6 / 1 kg mackerel fish 🐟
3 green chillies slits..
1 🤏 inch ginger
1/2 chopped onion
1 medium size tomato 🍅
salt to taste

💁👇Method

Wash & clean Cut fish🐟🐟 into 2 pieces, if its a big fish cut to 3 pieces….

Marinate the fish pieces with little salt and turmeric powder Keep aside.

💁👇For Green Masala paste

Blend small onion pieces, coriander leaves, mint leaves, garlic cloves, ginger, tamarind, turmeric powder, cumin seeds, coriander seeds , coconut, green chillies and add salt to taste in a mixer jar add required water to make masala paste into a fine smooth paste Keep side .the paste should be very fine.

In a pan, heat 3 tbsp oil and saute onions till they turn brown. Now pour the ground green masala paste on the pan…Add 2 cups of water 👉less water if you want a thicker gravy consistency👈add chopped tomatoes,🍅 ginger long slit, green chillies . Keep the vessel on medium flame and cover and cook, when the gravy comes 3- 4 nicely boil . Oil separate & zoom out from sides.. Then add fish. 🐟🐟 👉Try not to use spoon to mix the fish masala. After adding fish🐟🐟 give it just boil in low flame…5 mins..turn off the gas.

Ready To Serve With Hot Hot Rice.😋😋
