



Paneer masala Without Onion and Garlic Side Dish For Puri, Chapathi, Nann, Kulcha… or Dosa too
💁Paneer Masala without Onion and Garlic. Ideal for fasting during the festival season. Paneer masala which is also known as paneer makhani. There are several variations to this creamy and buttery paneer recipe. one such variation is no onion no garlic paneer masala.
💁👇Ingredients
200 gm panner
1 medium size capsicum
2 tbsp butter +2 tbsp oil
3-4 roughly chopped tomatoes
6-8 cashew nuts
1 inch ginger
1/2 tbsp fennel seeds
1 cardamom
1 inch cinnamon stick
2 bay leaf
1 slit green chillie
1/4 tbsp jeera
1/4 tbsp turmeric
1 tbsp red chilli powder
1tbsp coriander power
1 cup milk
1/4 tbsp garam masala
1/4 tbsp Crushed kasuri methi
1 Pinch 🤏sugar
Salt to taste
Handfull ✊ of chopped coriander leaves
1tbsp fresh cream for garnish optional
💁👇Method
firstly, in a large kadai heat butter /or oil and fry one by one 200 gm cubes of paneer & Capsicum keep aside.
Meanwhile grind 3-4 medium size tomatoes along with cashew nuts , Ginger & fennel seeds without adding water make it to smooth paste Keep aside.
Heat a pan with 2 tbsp butter +2 tbsp oil add cardamom, bay leaf, cinnamon stick & zeera saute till they turn aromatic.at this stage add slit green chilli optional saute well.
Now add tomatoes and cashew nut paste cook till oil release & zoom out from sides.
further add turmeric, coriander powder, chilli powder,salt to taste & 1 pinch sugar.saute spices on low flame for few mins. Add cup of milk stirring continuously & keep gas flame low cover & cook 3 mins .
Now add fried paneer cubes & capsicum , handfull ✊ of chopped coriander leaves
cover for 5 mins. till paneer absorbs the spices.Finally add garam masala & crushed kasuri methi. mix well. finally, add butter 🧈& fresh cream on top for garnishing serve Paneer Masala With Puri, Chapathi or kulcha…
