Small Baby ๐Ÿ  Sardine / Pedavo/ Mathi Curry/ Phanna Upkari Spicy & Tasty Konkani Style Fish Curry ๐ŸŸ

๐Ÿ’๐Ÿ‘‡Ingredients

๐Ÿ 1/2 kg Sardine Fish / Mathi /Pedavo small size taste better
1 cup onions
3 to 4 tbsp red chilli power
1/2 cup Tamarind pulp
salt to taste & for garnishing coriander leaves

Method

Descale, clean & cut the sardines and if small keep them whole.

Heat oil in a pan or earthern pot . Add chopped onions and fry till golden colour and crisp.Add red chilli powder tamarind pulp mix it & add salt to taste.Stir on a low heat for 2-5 minutes or until well mixed with onion & Spicy.add 2 cup water ๐Ÿ’ง bring it nicely 3 -4 boil Add fish Gently stir well.Cover with a lid and cook on a low to medium heat for 5 mins. Fish Gravy /Phanna Upkariโ€ฆ ready garnish with coriander leaves. Serve with Hot Rice.โค๐Ÿ˜˜๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ‘Œ
