




Tapioca / Maragenasu / subji / Bhaji With Hot Hot Puri & Neer Dosa
Unbeatable combination.. My hubby favorite Every person who grew up in Kerala Liked it lot..🤗😋
💁👇Ingredients
3 medium size tapioca / Maragenasu
3 tbsp oil..
1/2 tbsp mustard
1/4 tbsp jeera
few curry leaves
4-5 slit green chillies
1 inches chopped ginger
1/2 tbsp urad dal
1/2 tbsp Chana dal
2 medium size chopped onions
salt to taste
1 pinch 🤏 Sugar
Handfull ✊ of chopped coriander leaves
1 cup water

Method Steamed Tapioca / Bhaji
Remove the thick outer skin of Tapioca. Wash thoroughly & chopped them into small cubes and keep tapioca in water for around 20 mins . discard water and wash thoroughly 2-3 times.Cook with lot of water.. add little salt and haldi powder till soft… 💁Or Pressure cook it & add required water for 2 whistles till it becomes Soft discard the water.
Now in a pan heat oil.. splutter mustard, jeera..add slit green chillies, chopped ginger ,curry leaves add urad dal & Chana dal also add chopped onions fry new mins. add cooked tapioca pieces. Add cup of water to cover the pieces little salt & 1 pinch 🤏 Sugar. Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves cook closed for 3-5 mins.Switch off flame garnish with coriander leaves. Ready to Serve With Puri… 😋🤗
