Coriander Rice / Coriander Pulao Any Raita Of Your Choice..

💁Coriander Rice is a heaven on the plate ..that’s what I always say. Fragrant rice with and aromatic masala is a delicious combination that comes together. Such a way that each grain of rice is separated and masala is fully absorbed. Everyone please try it, very simple and yummy . Must try this recipe.

Ingredients

💁👇For Masala Paste

1 roughly chopped onion
8 cloves
½ tsp pepper
2 inch cinnamon
4-5 green chillies
handful of ✊coriander leaves
Salt to taste

💁👇Other Ingredients

3 – 4 tbsp oil
2-3 cup cooked 🍚 rice
Few curry leaves
Few cashew / kaju 💁optional
2 onion sliced
1 tbsp ginger, garlic & green chilli paste you can add Along with masala paste ginger & garlic
2 tomato finely chopped

💁👇Method

Firstly, in a small blender take onion, cloves, pepper, cinnamon, green chilli , Salt to taste and handful of ✊coriander leaves.Blend to smooth paste adding 2 tbsp of water or as required keep aside.

In a large kadai, heat 3 -4 tbsp oil add cashew & Curry leaves also saute 3 sliced onion followed by 1 tsp ginger garlic paste till the raw smell disappears.Now add tomato and saute till the tomatoes turn soft and mushy.

Add the prepared masala paste
mix well saute nicely till oil zoom out from sides .

Now add the cups of cooked rice and mix gently.cover and simmer for 3-5 minutes to absorb all masala.

Finally serve coriander rice / coriander pulav with raita of your choice.
