Sabudana khichdi is an #Easy and a good #Recipe to be made #During_Fasting_Days. But it requires little to check soak to get the perfect texture in the sabudana pearls.

When you make the #Sabudana_khichdi, you have to soaking sago atleast 2hours as per the type of tapioca pearls…

Ingredients

2 tbsp oil
1-1/2 cup Sabudana
1 medium size potato
Dry roasted peanuts roughly powder
1/4 tbsp mustard seed
4-5 slit green chillies
1/2tbsp chana dal
1/2tbsp urad dal
6-7 Cashew nut
1/4 tbsp cumin seed
1broken dry red chilli
Few curry leaves
salt to taste
Few drops lemon 🍋 juice
2-3 tbsp Fresh grated coconut 🥥
3-4 tbsp only Water
Handfull of ✊ chopped Coriander leaves

💁👇Method

Wash sabudana soak for 2 hours.

Take a pan add peanut dry roast for a few seconds and peel the skin and crush roughly power.

Heat the oil in a pan once hot add mustard seed, green chilli, chana dal, urad dal,cashew,
cumin seed, red chilli, curry leaves, let them sizzle . Than add chopped long Slit potatoes mix it well add salt cover the pan and cook till potatoes cooked, once potatoes r cooked add sabudana.👉here I m used very little crushed peanuts power👈And fresh grated coconut mix it well and cook for 2-3 minutes.just few drops of water…till sabudana pearls are soft transparent make sure to stir, so it doesn’t stick to the bottom of the pan.

👉Don’t over cook as they might become lumpy and hard. 👈Finally add some lemon 🍋 juice mix well and garnish it with chopped Coriander leaves turn off the stove. Ready to Serve….
