


Punjabi Style Chole Masala With Hot Hot Puri
💁👇Ingredients
2 cup kabuli chana 👉white chick peas👈 soaked overnight
2 -3 medium size potato. 2-3 tbsp oil +2tbsp butter
2 slit green
3-4 Cloves
2 bay leaf
2 Green cardamom
1 inches cinnamon
1 tsp of tea leaf tied in muslin cloth
1/2 tbsp cumin seeds
1/2 cup finely chopped onions
2 chopped tomatoes
1tbsp ginger garlic paste
2-3 tbsp chole masala Power
1 tsbsp red chilli powder
1 tbsp dried mango powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp coriander powder
1/2tbsp cumin powder
salt to taste
1 pinch 🤏 Sugar
Handfull of ✊ coriander leaves
💁👇Method
Combine the kabuli chana & potato , salt, slit green chills, tea leaf tied in muslin cloth & dry spicy like Cloves ,Green cardamom & cinnamon and add enough water in a pressure cooker and pressure cook for 3 to 5 whistles keep aside…
Allow the steam to escape before opening the lid. 👉Discard the slit green & tied tea muslin cloth and drain the kabuli chana Keep aside.
Heat the oil in a deep pan and add the cumin seeds.When the seeds crackle add bay leaf ,onions, Saute nicely for few minutes..now add tomatoes , ginger garlic paste and saute on a medium flame for 2 minute or till the tomato turn smooth smashy.Add the chole masala, chilli powder, dried mango powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, salt and 🤏 Sugar give it good mix …now add the cooked kabuli chana & potato add cup of water, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 2-3 minutes while stirring occasionally. Add coriander leaves & fresh Butter 🧈mix well Mash the kabuli chana once lightly with a help of a masher. Give it nicely boil & Ready to serve…with hot hot Puri or Chapathi.
Take a plate and serve Hot Hot Chola & Puri With Lemon 🍋 Finally Chopped Raw Onions & Fresh Coriander Leaves….💞😋👌
