




Konkani Style Mackerel Fish Curry / Alle Piyava Ghashi & Very Spicy Mackerel /Raja / Bangude Tava Rava Fry
Ingredients

1 cup fresh grated coconut π₯₯
8-10 dried red chillies, roasted πI use byadgi & Guntur
Marble size tamarind
1inch ginger long slit
2 green chillies, cut in half
1 small onion, chopped
salt to taste
1 tbsp coconut oil
ππMethod
Clean & wash fish make it 2 -3 pieces keep aside .
Grind coconut, roasted red byadgi +Guntur chillies & tamarind to a smooth paste.
In a wide pan.add ginger, green chilli, onion, ground masala and salt to taste. Add a water at a time to make a thick gravy consistency.
Keep the vessel on medium flame and cover and cook, when the gravy comes nicely boil add fish π & give one quick stir.
Try not to use spoon to mix the fish & masala. After adding fish. Since fish tends to break apart easily give nice boil. Drizzle with coconut oil turn off the gas ready to serve with hot hot white rice..ππ€€π
ππVery Spicy Mackerel /Raja / Bangude Tava Rava Fry ππ
πIngredients
4-6 Bangude fish π
2 tbsp Lemon juice π
3 tbsp Red chilli power
1 small pack Bon fish fry masala
1/4tbsp pepper powder
1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
1/2 tbsp green chillies paste
Salt to taste 4 tbsp Oil 3-4 tbsp Bombay rava
πMethod
Take a Bowl add all ingredients add required water mix it well thick paste. Apply for this masala to fish give rest for 2 to 3 hours than take a rava dip it nicely.
Take tava spread 2 tbsp oil place it fish till golden brown both side fry it nicely ready to serve .π ππ
