Ingredients For Surnali

2 cup dosa rice
1 cup Peel & chopped Mangalore cucumber /Magge
1/2 tbsp fenugreek seeds /methi
Handfull โœŠ poha
1/2 cup grated coconut
3/4 – 1 cup crushed jaggery
1/4 tbsp turmeric powder
Salt to taste

๐Ÿ’๐Ÿ‘‡Method

Soak rice & methi together in water for 4-5 hours. Take a bowl pour cup of water add poha & drain it keep aside.

Wash rice & methi well.In a mixy jar add rice ,methi , turmeric,poha & fresh grated coconut ๐Ÿฅฅ add chopped Mangalore Cucumber price than grind altogether to fine ๐Ÿ’without using water add crushed jaggery. Cucumber leaves water would be sufficient ๐Ÿ’to this paste & just ๐Ÿ’pulse the mixer a 2-3 times. Make sure jaggery grind it to smooth paste.

Transfer it into a wide vessel add salt to taste.. mix it nicely Dosa consistency. & ferment it overnight.Next day make it Dosaโ€ฆ๐Ÿ˜˜๐Ÿ˜‹
