Pomplate Fish Rava Fry π
Ingredientsππππ
π6-8 Pomplate Fish
3tps Red chilli power
1-1/2 tps Ginger garlic & Green chilli past
1/4 tps pepper power
1-1/2 lemon π juice
Aachi Fish Fry Masala 1 small 10rs pack π you can use any brand
π§Salt to taste
2tbsp -1/4 cup required Water
3 to 4 tbsp Bombay rava
1/4 cup oil for tawa fry
Method π
Clean & wash the fish neatly. Make slits along the length of the π fish, on one side , going deep into the fish , along the bone ,π but not Cutting through fish .Repeat on the other side of the fish π & You will have two side getting fish inside the masala flavour properly.
Take a Bowl add Red chilli power, Ginger garlic past, green chilli past , pepper powder, πlemon juice, 1 small pack π10rs Aachi Fish Fry Masala & salt add water make it Paste..mix it well and applyπ Pomplate Fish.
Give rest for atleast 2-3 hours . Than take nonstick pan add 2 tbps oil, add sprinkle or dip rave to fish than fry it both sideβ¦Ready to Sever with Fresh Lemon π Some Crunchy π§ π₯Onions & Spicy Green Chutney Dip..
π€ππGreen Chutney For Fish π Fry & Tandoori Kebabs

Tandoori Green Chutney is usually served in restaurant along with dip for Kebabs, Fish π or grills dishes.
Ingredients
β handfull / 1 bunch Coriander leaves
4 – 6 petals pudina
6 – 8 Green chillies as per ur spicy
3 pods Garlic
1 inch Ginger
1 tbsp Lemon π juice
Rock salt as per taste
1 inch Black salt
1/4 cup Curd
Little Water
Method
In a mixer jar, add coriander leaves & pudina along with green chillies, garlic, ginger, salt, Black salt & curd blend into a smooth paste. If needed add 1or 2 tbsp of water, here I added only 1tbsp.Add lemon π juice, mix well and adjust the salt according to your taste.Ready to Serve with Kebabs or any other Grilled Dishes..Transfer into an airtight glass jar and can store it in the fridge up to π1weeks.Enjoy this delicious spicy green chutney with fish fry , favourite Non veg snacks & Sandwiches. ππ€
