🐟6-8 Pomplate Fish
3tps Red chilli power
1-1/2 tps Ginger garlic & Green chilli past
1/4 tps pepper power
1-1/2 lemon πŸ‹ juice
Aachi Fish Fry Masala 1 small 10rs pack πŸ’ you can use any brand
πŸ§‚Salt to taste
2tbsp -1/4 cup required Water
3 to 4 tbsp Bombay rava
1/4 cup oil for tawa fry

Method πŸ’

Clean & wash the fish neatly. Make slits along the length of the 🐟 fish, on one side , going deep into the fish , along the bone ,πŸ’ but not Cutting through fish .Repeat on the other side of the fish 🐟 & You will have two side getting fish inside the masala flavour properly.

Take a Bowl add Red chilli power, Ginger garlic past, green chilli past , pepper powder, πŸ‹lemon juice, 1 small pack πŸ’10rs Aachi Fish Fry Masala & salt add water make it Paste..mix it well and apply🐟 Pomplate Fish.

Give rest for atleast 2-3 hours . Than take nonstick pan add 2 tbps oil, add sprinkle or dip rave to fish than fry it both side…Ready to Sever with Fresh Lemon πŸ‹ Some Crunchy πŸ§…πŸ₯™Onions & Spicy Green Chutney Dip..

Tandoori Green Chutney is usually served in restaurant along with dip for Kebabs, Fish 🐟 or grills dishes.

Ingredients

βœ‹ handfull / 1 bunch Coriander leaves
4 – 6 petals pudina
6 – 8 Green chillies as per ur spicy
3 pods Garlic
1 inch Ginger
1 tbsp Lemon πŸ‹ juice
Rock salt as per taste
1 inch Black salt
1/4 cup Curd
Little Water

Method

In a mixer jar, add coriander leaves & pudina along with green chillies, garlic, ginger, salt, Black salt & curd blend into a smooth paste. If needed add 1or 2 tbsp of water, here I added only 1tbsp.Add lemon πŸ‹ juice, mix well and adjust the salt according to your taste.Ready to Serve with Kebabs or any other Grilled Dishes..Transfer into an airtight glass jar and can store it in the fridge up to πŸ’1weeks.Enjoy this delicious spicy green chutney with fish fry , favourite Non veg snacks & Sandwiches. πŸ˜‹πŸ€—
