Masala Stuffed Idli

For Idli batter

11/2 cup soaked Urad dal
3 cup of rice rave
Salt to taste

Take a bowl add Urad dal separately into water for 4 to 5 ⌚hours. Then first grind urad dal nicely in wet grinder. Then remove this batter into bowl . Then wash rice rava πŸ‘‰ & add salt mix it with ur hand βœ‹ Ferment it for Overnight….

Masala Stuffing Method
πŸ‘‡πŸ‘‡πŸ‘‡πŸ‘‡πŸ’

4-5 cooked smashed potatoes
3 tbsp oil
1 tbsp mustard seeds
1 Inch finely chopped ginger
4 chopped green chillies
Few curry leaves chopped 2 chopped onions
1/4 cup fresh green peas
1 tbsp red chilli powder
1/4 tbsp turmeric powder
Salt to taste
Handfull ✊ of chopped coriander leaves
1/2 tbsp lemon πŸ‹ juice

πŸ’πŸ‘‡Method

Heat a sauce pan… and 3 tbsp oil for temper with mustard seeds and spilt ..Now add finely chopped ginger, chopped green chillies, curry leaves chopped onions and fresh green peas… fry till transparent. Add cooked smashed potatoes fry for a few mins.. and blend well in medium flame.Add 1 tbsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tbsp turmeric and salt. Now add chopped coriander leaves.. Fry till everything turns mushy and to a masala mixture…Once it become dry masala take it out and let it to cool down for ⌚⌚ sometime.

When it cool the masala mixture make it with ur hand βœ‹ #Small_Ball & #Press them like a #Cutlet_Shapes πŸ‘‰Stuffing should be dry and not too hot.πŸ‘ˆ

Take a idle batter Keep aside.πŸ‘‰Make sure that the idli batter consistency should not be too thick or too thin.πŸ‘ˆ

Now grease the idli plate mould and then pour a 1/2 half laddle of batter and spread evenly. Now add a masala mixture of cutlet shape place it and drop πŸ’§ over the idli batter and then again drop the idly batter over the filling and close it.steam the idli for 15 mins ..⌚Take out the idli once it completely done. and Ready to Serve it Ur Choice of Chutney or Tomato πŸ… Sauce β€¦πŸ’žπŸ˜‹πŸ‘Œ
