1/2 kg Drumsticks peel outer skin roughly & Chopped into 1-1/2 inch
Oil for deep frying
1/4 to 1/2 cup soaked rice
10 to 15 red chillies u can Store this masala Paste for 1 months in freezer.
Hing peanut size / Asafoetida
Salt to taste
In small mixer jar add all ingredients add little water 💁make it fine smooth paste it. apply this masala & coat it nicely from all sides to anything u r choice..of veggies Like 💁 Drumsticks,Yam , Potato, Bitter Ground, sweet potatoes give rest for 1hour than deep fry in oil. Ready to Serve ..
