Today’s Breakfast Special My Daughter Favourite..Homemade Butter Naan With Mushroom Masala

💁👇Ingredients

For Dough

3 cups maida
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 tbsp yeast
salt to taste
¼ cup curd
2 tsp oil
Water as required, to knead

Other ingredients

2 tbsp butter/ oil
1 tbsp coriander leaves, finely chopped
1tbsp sesame seeds

💁👇Method

Firstly, knead the dough for 10 minutes with ingredients listed for dough👆🏻cover with a plate and rest for 2 to 3 ⏰hours in warm place.after 3⏰ hours, knead the dough slightly. to remove if any air present in the dough.pinch a ball sized dough.sprinkle some coriander leaves and sesame seeds👉 black or white 👈 on the rolled dough. i have added sesame seeds. if you do not have these seeds, then simply skip them.gently roll to oval shape using rolling pin.👉 make sure you do not make too thin nor thick. and also keep the size in mind👈 it should not be larger than your tawa size grease with water over naan. slowly place the Naan ready on the hot tawa keep the flame to medium hing … Let one side get partly cooked you will see few air pockets in the Naan. When u started seeing the air pockets then flip now cook the second side on medium high flame. The second side has to be cooked more than first side… You have to flip the naan using tongs and place it directly on the stove top flame.. Place the naan plate or tray.. Spread or brush with some melted butter … Ready to serve… With Panner or Mushroom Masala .

🍄 Mushroom Masala

💁👇 Ingredients For Masala Paste

3 chopped onions
4 -6 soaked almonds
1tbsp Pumpkin seeds
6 Byadgi red chillies
1 green chillies
1/2 inch ginger
8 garlic ponds
2-3 cups water
Salt to taste

💁👇Other Ingredients

200 gm mushroom 🍄 1 pack
1 medium size capsicum chopped in cubes
2 onion chopped in cubes

2 – 3 tbps oil
whole spices like garam masalas
1 Tej patta
2 green cardamoms
2cloves
Small piece stone flower
and mace
2 tbsp 🍅 Maggi hot & sweet tomato sauce
👉 Dry Spice Powders like
1/2 tbsp Garam masala
1/2 tbsp jeera powder
1tbsp coriander powder
1/4 tbsp red chili powder
1 tbsp kasuri methi
1/4 tbsp turmeric powder
Handfull ✊ of chopped coriander leaves

💁Method

First Cook 3 chopped onions, 4 to 6 soaked almonds, 10 Pumpkin seeds seeds, 6 Byadgi red chillies & 1 green chillies ,1/2 inch ginger and 8 garlic ponds in 3 cups water for 8-10 minutes.Simmer till the onions become soft. strain the stock and keep aside.when cooled, make a paste of the cooked ingredients adding required of the strained water paste Keep aside.

Heat the oil in a pan add Onion ,capsicum & mushroom saute on a high flame for 2 to 3mins than keep aside.

In a same pan .Heat 2-3tbps oil in a pan. 👉Add all the whole spices like garam masalas are Tej patta, green cardamoms, cloves, stone flower, and mace. saute for a few seconds till the spices become they release their aroma in the oil👈add the 💁ground masala paste and saute till the oil starts zoom out the sides of the pan. then add the 3 tbsp 🍅 Maggi hot & sweet tomato sauce…

Now 👉 Dry Spice Powders like 1/2 tbsp Garam masala , 1/2 tbsp jeera powder , 1tbsp coriander powder 1/4 tbsp red chili powder , 1 tbsp kasuri methi , 1/4 tbsp turmeric powder mix nicely dry masala powder 👈Now add the strained stock+water 💧 salt and Stir well and simmer for 10mins on a low flame or till the gravy thickens slightly.Stir and 💁add the fried capsicum, Onion & mushroom and cover it for 5 minutes then Simmer till the mushroom 🍄 is absorb the masala flavour .Garnish it with some coriander leaves .Ready to serve Mushroom 🍄 Masala With Naan or Chapathi .
