Ingredients
๐Ÿ‘‡๐Ÿ‘‡
1/2 kg Gobi
2 cup water
1/4 tbsp salt to taste

Other ingredients for the batter๐Ÿ‘‡๐Ÿ‘‡๐Ÿ‘‡๐Ÿ‘‡

1/4 cup maida
2 tbsp rice flour
1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tbsp red chilli powder
1/4 tsp chat masala powder
1/4 tbsp gram masala power
few finally chopped curry leaves
1/4 tbsp Kasuri methi crushed
1/2 cup water
oil to deep fry
Salt to taste

Method

Take a pan add 2 cup of water ๐Ÿ’ง make it boil add ๐Ÿ‘‰ cut middle half 1/2 pieces Gobi cook 3 to 5 minsโ€ฆ.keep aside.

Take a big mixing bowl, add maida & rice flour.. red chilli powder, chat masala, garam masala, ginger garlic paste,Crushed Kasuri methi few chopped curry leaves, salt to taste & mix it well with cup of water ๐Ÿ’ง thick & silk smooth paste. Now dip boiled gobi into a batter coating allover.

Heat a oil once it hot deep fry in hot oil till the Gobi turns to golden brown and crisp.finally, serve Gobi 65 fry with tomato sauce or crunchy carrot ๐Ÿฅ•๐Ÿง…๐Ÿฅ™onions salad.
