


Restaurant Style Cauliflower Fry / Gobi 65 ๐๐๐๐๐๐A quick easy and tasty starter Gobi 65 For Tea time snackโฆโ๐ต
Ingredients

1/2 kg Gobi
2 cup water
1/4 tbsp salt to taste
Other ingredients for the batter๐๐๐๐
1/4 cup maida
2 tbsp rice flour
1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tbsp red chilli powder
1/4 tsp chat masala powder
1/4 tbsp gram masala power
few finally chopped curry leaves
1/4 tbsp Kasuri methi crushed
1/2 cup water
oil to deep fry
Salt to taste
Method
Take a pan add 2 cup of water ๐ง make it boil add ๐ cut middle half 1/2 pieces Gobi cook 3 to 5 minsโฆ.keep aside.
Take a big mixing bowl, add maida & rice flour.. red chilli powder, chat masala, garam masala, ginger garlic paste,Crushed Kasuri methi few chopped curry leaves, salt to taste & mix it well with cup of water ๐ง thick & silk smooth paste. Now dip boiled gobi into a batter coating allover.
Heat a oil once it hot deep fry in hot oil till the Gobi turns to golden brown and crisp.finally, serve Gobi 65 fry with tomato sauce or crunchy carrot ๐ฅ๐ง ๐ฅonions salad.
