Gonva KaNe Godshe / Daliya Payasa / Broken Wheat Payasa With Jaggery and Coconut 🥥 Milk 🥛

💁👇Ingredients

1 cup broken wheat
1 whole 🥥coconut milk
1 cup jaggery according to your sweetness of taste
2 tbsp ghee
10 -12 raisins
10-12 cashew nuts
1pinch 🤗🤏 cardamom power

💁👇Method

Wash & Soak for 15 mins.

In pressure cooker add broken wheat & 2-1/2 cups water for 4 -5 whistles or till it becomes soft and cooked.

Now In mixer jar add the fresh grated coconut adding required water,once it becomes fine smooth paste pass it through a strainer and sqeeze the 1st extract of coconut 🥥 milk. Transfer the squeezed coconut again in the 💁 mixer jar and grind with little cup of water and pass it through the strainer to get the 2nd extract of thin coconut 🥥 milk.Transfer the cooked broken wheat 🌾 In a thick bottomed vessel.Add the jaggery once the jaggery melts nicely ,add cardamom powder & 2nd extract coconut 🥥 🥛 milk and boil well for 5 mins .Now add the 💁1st extract coconut milk 🥥 🥛and give a just one boil and switch off the gas flame.

In a small pan add 2 -3 tbsp of ghee roast few cashew nuts and raisins for few mins. When it’s nice golden colour. fried cashew nuts n raisins . Transfer to the
