🐣Egg Masala & Chapathi is an easy and healthy Breakfast . Eggs are Loaded with Protein…Eggs and Whole wheat together make a healthy and filling breakfast. 💁👇Ingredients

Boiled 6 Eggs 🥚deshell and cut into 💁 2 halves or chopped in 💁 qrtr pieces upto ur choice.

3- 4 tbsp Oil
2 onions 🧅
3 tomatoes 🍅
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste 🧄
1/4 tbsp jeera
1/4 tbsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp coriander powder
1-1/2 tbsp red chilli powder
2 tbsp Pav bhaji masala
Handfull ✊ chopped Coriander leaves
1/2 tbsp kasthuri methi
Few drops 🍋lemon juice
Salt to taste
1 pinch 🤏 sugar

💁👇Method

Heat oil in a pan add jeera & ginger garlic paste Stir fry for some time. Then add sliced onions. When onions become soft, add chopped tomatoes. When tomatoes become mushy, add turmeric powder, red chilli powder , coriander powder & Pav Bhaji masala. fry till oil separates…then add 1 cup of sufficient water for gravy.


💁should not be too much thin. add salt to taste & pinch sugar. Cover with lid & cook on low flame till gravy boils nicely. When its oil zoom out then add halves /qrtr pieces of boiled 🥚eggs and coriander leaves & crushed kasthuri methi… Cover & cook for few more mins . let all masala roast & leave aroma. When it’s done add lemon juice give it slight mix….let it all masala coat eggs. Egg Masala is Ready to Serve With Hot Hot Chapathi or Neer Dosa.😋🤗
