๐Ÿ’Ingredients

1 kg ๐Ÿ’ 5-6 Mackerel or any fish ๐ŸŸ

๐Ÿ’ For Masala Ingredients

1 cup coconut ๐Ÿฅฅ
1/4 tbsp mustard seeds dry roasted
1/2 tbsp pepper
1/4 tbsp zeera
1-1/2 tbsp Coriander seeds
1/2 inches Turmeric piece or Powder
10 -12 Bedagi red chillies
๐Ÿ’less or more according spicy to your taste
7-8 raw Garlic cloves
1 roughly chopped medium raw Onion
Lemon size Tamarind

๐Ÿ’ Other ingredients

1 inch chopped Ginger
6-8 Garlic cloves
1 medium thin slices Onion
1 tbsp Coriander Leaves
2 green chillies slit
Few Curry Leaves
Salt to taste & 3 tbsp oil

๐Ÿ’๐Ÿ‘‡Method

Firstly, wash the fish and then marinate them with salt . Let it rest for 10mins.

Soak the red chillies in water for 10-15mins. Blend grated coconut, soaked chillies, coriander seeds, roughly chopped raw onion, raw garlic cloves, dry Roasted mustard seeds, tamarind, pepper , zeera, Turmeric piece to a fine smooth paste by adding water as required.

Take a pan add Crushed garlic cloves, green chillies, Onion Ginger, curry leaves and. Coriander leaves add salt all ingredients crushed in hand โœ‹mix well .Then add the ground masala paste. Now add 2 cups of water to adjust the consistency of the curry. Add salt to taste. Add 3tbsp oil Mix well, cover and cook for 8 -10 mins on low flame.When oil zoom out from Masala.

Now add the marinated fish . ๐ŸŸ๐ŸŸ๐Ÿ‘‰Try not to use ๐Ÿ’spoon to mix the fish masala. After adding fish๐ŸŸ๐ŸŸ give it just one boil in low flameโ€ฆ5 mins completely cooked. turn off the gas Ready To Serve Fish Curry With Hot Hot Rice.๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜‹
