I have used ” Lijjat Panjabi Masala Special Udad Papad “

👇Ingredients

💁 4 big urad papads & oil for fried
1cup onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup tomato, finely chopped
Handfull ✊ chopped coriander leaves
1 tbsp Lemon 🍋 juice or as required
1 tbsp red chili powder
1 or 2 green chilies, finely chopped 💁 optional 👉here I not used chilli..
1 cup Sev & tbsp of Butter🧈
1tbsp chaat masala as required
salt to taste

💁according to your taste.You can add also Carrot, cucumber optional.

💁👇👇Method

💁 I have used fried papad instead of Roasted papad.up to ur choice.

If u r planing to Roast the Papad on low flame on both the sides till it turn all sides nice crispy.When done, keep the Papad on the serving plate and apply Butter🧈 all over.Gently press the Papad to get 😁bite size 🤗 pieces.

Sprinkle pinch 🤏 red chilli powder for base Papad to get extra spicy 🔥😋 now add chopped onions, tomatoes & Coriander leaves.. sprinkle Sev & chat masala again sprinkle red chilli powder 💁adjust the quantity as per your like & taste. At the end sprinkle lemon 🍋 juice also as per your taste.Serve immediately or else they turn 💁soggy.
