Ingredients

2 cup dosa rice
1- cup / 1 small size Mangalore cucumber
1/2 fresh grated coconut 🥥
1/2 cup Bhel / puri/ Bhel puffed rice..
🤏2 pinch turmeric power
jaggery as per ur taste

💁👇Method

👉wash cucumber and Peel outer skin & roughly chopped them.

Wash & Soak 2 cup dosa rice into water for 3 to 4 hours than grind to fine smooth batter 💁without using water jaggery & Mangalore Cucumber leaves water content in it .

First grind coconut & cucumber pieces,turmeric than add soaked rice & bhel as per u r sweet add jaggery💁Dosa consistency add little salt, here I using mildly sweet….you can adjust less or more Mix well & ferment.. It overnight.. fermentation is must needed to 8 -10 hours.💁 otherwise dosa turn to hard texture. Next day morning mix it nicely ready to make it Dosa.

Heat the pan and pour a ladleful of batter.spread out dosa slightly 💁thick than regular dosa.also pour few drop oil or Ghee from sides.cover and cook the dosa to a golden brown from the bottom and completely cooked from the👉 top . 💁 Not required to cook both side dosa .
