1 cup Chickpeas/ Bengal gram
2 medium size potatoes cubes or Surn / Elephant foot cubes & Raw jackfruit pieces ur choice..today here I used potatoes..
1 cup fresh Grated Coconut 🥥
8-10 Roasted red chillies
Half Lemon 🍋 size Tamarind
Salt to taste

2 tbsp Oil
1/2 tbsp Mustard seeds
1/4 tbsp methi seeds
Few Curry leaves
💁👇Method
Wash well & soak chickpeas in water for 6 to 8 hours or overnight. Pressure cook it until soft & Keep aside.
Cook potatoes cubes separately along with water & salt in a Pressure cooker.
Grind fresh grated coconut, roasted red chillies, and tamarind into a fine paste adding required water.
Now add cooked chickpeas, cooked potatoes ,ground masala ,little water and salt to taste.Mix it well and bring it to boil. In a low flame. absorb the masala to chana.. combine well.
Cook for few more mins.if required add water adjust curry consistency , boil for 4 to 5 mins or until the raw flavour from coconut goes away.
In a small seasoning pan heat 2 tbsp oil add mustard seeds & methi seeds when it starts spluttering add curry leaves. Pour on Ready Chana Ghashi & cover it immediately. Ready to Serve With Hot Rice Top With Tbsp of Ghee Aewsome Taste … 👌😋
