1 kg Anjal / King Fish / Surmai / Vison ๐
3tps Red chilli power
1tps Ginger garlic past
1/2 tps green chilli past
1/4 tps pepper power
1-1/2 lemon ๐ juice
Aachi Fish Fry Masala 1 small 10rs pack ๐ you can use any brand
๐งSalt to taste
1/4 cup required Water
3 to 4 tbsp Bombay rava
1/4 cup oil for tawa fry
Method ๐
Take a Bowl add Red chilli power, Ginger garlic past, green chilli past , pepper powder, ๐lemon juice, 1 small pack ๐10rs Aachi Fish Fry Masala & salt add water make it Paste..mix it well and apply #Anjal #king_Fish Give rest for atleast 1 hours . Tandoori Green Chutney is usually served in restaurant along with dip for Kebabs, Fish ๐ or grills dishes.
Ingredients
โ handfull / 1 bunch Coriander leaves
4 to 6 petals pudina
6 to 8 Green chillies as per ur spicy
3 pods Garlic
1 inch Ginger
1 tbsp Lemon ๐ juice
Rock salt as per taste
1 inch Black salt
1/2 cup Curd
Little Water
Method
In a mixer jar, add coriander leaves & pudina along with green chillies, garlic, ginger, salt, Black salt & curd blend into a smooth paste. If needed add 1or 2 tbsp of water, here I added only 1tbsp.Add lemon ๐ juice, mix well and adjust the salt according to your taste.Ready to Serve with Kebabs or any other Grilled Dishes..Transfer into an airtight glass jar and can store it in the fridge up to ๐1weeks.Enjoy this delicious spicy green chutney with favourite Non veg, Snacks & Sandwiches. ๐๐ค
