Sponge Rasgulla 👌
Either Be Served As👉 Rasgulla If Served With Sugar Syrup👈 And As 👉Rasmalai If Served With Chilled Milk Cream.😂👈
Basically a Indian Dessert recipe prepared from paneer chenna balls and sugar and rabri rasmalai literally means juicy milk cream. this is prepared very similar to rasgulla but served with thick creamed milk flavoured with kesar. also, it is topped with choice of dry fruits including kaju and badam before serving. The paneer balls can either be served as👉 Rasgulla if served with sugar syrup👈 and as 👉Rasmalai if served with Chilled Milk.
Ingredients
1 litre Nandini milk blue pack👉 here I used
2 tbsp Lemon 🍋 mix with water
1 cup water
1 tbsp Maida
For sugar syrup
1 1/2 cup sugar
6 cups water
Saffron Strands 💁 optional
💁👇👇Method
In a pan add 1 litre milk.furthermore, stir occasionally and get to a boil.additionally, add 🍋Lemon juice mix water and stir well.and immediately drain the curdled milk into the hand kerchief.pour a cup of water and clean the paneer chenna as it has Lemon flavour in it.bring it together and squeeze off excess water.hang for 20 mins. or till all the water drains off completely.after 20 mins, start to knead the panner chenna.👉knead chenna add 1 tbsp maida mix till it turns out smooth without any grains of milk👈Now make small balls of chenna and keep aside.
💁👇Sugar Syrup
In a deep pan take 11/2 cup of sugar.add 6- 7glasses of water and stir well.boil the syrup for 10 mins⌚ on medium flame.after that, drop the prepared chenna balls into boiling sugar syrup.
cover and boil for 15 to 20 mins⌚ the balls will have doubled in size.keep aside…till it cools completely and then refrigerate.finally, Ready to Serve Rasgulla Chilled or at Room Temperature Garnished With Saffron Strands.
