Ingredients

3 tbsp Bombay Rava
11/2 cup Maida
One pinch salt to taste
3 tbsp Hot hot Oil
Water 💧 as per u r dough..
needed..

Filling ingredients

1 /2 cup Dry coconut outer skin peel & grated …
1 cup power sugar with 3 to 5 cardamom
4 tbsp black sesame seeds

Method

First Sieve maida transfer to a bowl. Now add Bombay rava ,salt, and add hot hot oil… pinched out the dough 👊 on this stage add water 💧 little by little to make it a soft dough. Cover the dough keep it aside… for 15 mins.so that rava gets absorbed and the dough is set to make #Mando

1 /2 cup grated Dry coconut outer skin peel & grate it… Power sugar with cardamom power Now .Take pan medium flame and dry roast sesame seeds.. Make sure you do not burn it… black sesame seeds mix all these ingredients & keep ready… Powdered mixture for the filling

Take out a small portion of the dough & dust a little in maida and roll it .. Like puri size… 👉👉💁As thin as possible👈Keep it aside ready.. so that only one can be fried at a time one by one…

Take a Kadai add oil in it on medium flame.Deep Fried puries in medium hot oil, and take them out 👉before they become crisp puri.. Take a bit of the filling and place in one half of each puri, fold it over to form a semi-circle, and press the edges together.Place the filling when the puri is very hot, or👉 else it would not spread properly..💁Immediately place about 1/2 tsp of the filling in the middle and fold again to form a triangular shape and seal it. immediately and Sprinkle a little of the filling on top of each Mando …as they Cool…💁 They will become Crisp. Ready to Serve Mando Enjoy it With Tea or Coffee ☕ Time As a Snack… 😋😘💞👌
