Rava Upma… Healthy, filling, absolutely delicious Rava Upma…Hot and Delicious..Melting in the Mouth The perfect Upma is not too dry, not mushy and has no lumps sitting in anywhere. It is fluffy and flavourful, along with fresh grated coconut 🥥 & coriander leaves adds the final touch.
💁Ingredient
2 to 4 tbsp oil
1 tbsp Ghee
2 cup Bombay Rava
💁👇Other ingredients
1 tsp mustard
½ tsp urad dal
1 tsp chana dal
few curry leaves
2 to 4 green chilli slit
1 inch ginger 🤏 finally chopped
2 tbsp coriander finely chopped
1/4 cup Fresh coconut
One pinch sugar / Salt to taste
Method
In a heavy bottom pan add oil fry Rava on a low flame in heated oil until it all assumes a golden-brown 👉colour Do not let it burn by increasing the flame👈
Firstly, in a kadai heat 3 tsp oil and ghee splutter 1 tsp mustard, ½ tsp urad dal, 1 tsp chana dal and few curry leaves now add 2 to 4 green chilli. & Chopped ginger slightly saute for a minute.Than add water for 2 cup Rava 4 cups of water
add salt & sugar. ..bring it nice boil.while pouring rava gradually and stirring continuously. and mix gently. cook and simmer for about 5 minutes .Now add 2 tbsp coriander & fresh grated 🥥coconut. mix well. finally, serve Upma & Sev With Hot Masala Chai or Cup of Coffee ☕ for Morning BF…. 🤗😋
